WHAT TO EXPECT
What to expect at our 8:45 am traditional worship service:
These services offer some of the best of United Methodist worship traditions. You can expect to hear our beautiful organ, join in worship with our Sanctuary Choir, sing the great hymns of our faith, pray heartfelt prayers, and hear strong sermons—and you can expect God to speak to you deeply through it all. Special music is a regular occurrence at Trinity and ranges from vocal or instrumental solos to one of our many handbell choirs. A children's sermon is offered for little ones so they remember God love's them, too! Of course we also have a nursery available. The service will last less than an hour.
What to wear:
You will see all kinds of dress at these services, ranging from "Sunday Best" to jeans. You're welcome to attend in whatever makes you comfortable!
Where to go:
The sanctuary is on the west end of the building, right at the intersection of 17th and Main. Enter through the big wooden doors off the parking lot.
What to expect at our 10:45 am Higher Ground service:
The Higher Ground service offers a more modern expression of worship with drums, guitar, and visual media—all led by our Praise Team. You can expect to sing praise to God, hear sermons that help you grow, and pray in such a way that it draws the entire community together to lift up to God. The service will last about an hour, and nursery services are provided during this time.
What to wear:
Just like in the traditional service, you will see all types of dress in Higher Ground—you will fit in no matter what you wear.
Where to go:
Higher Ground takes place in our Warner Wing, which is located on the east side of the building, near 17th and Walnut.
